Information security
We work hard to protect IntelexMicro and our members from unauthorized access to information with which we are entrusted.

In particular:

• We encrypt many of our information systems using SSL.
• We maintain close physical security on all of our server equipment and facilities.
• We periodically review our security practices and perform audits to verify the effectiveness of our measures to prevent unauthorized access to systems.
• We restrict access to personal information to IntelexMicro employees and contractors who have a need to know. Any individual granted access to information is subject to a strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if he fails to meet his commitment to information security.

Application
Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the operations conducted by Intelex Micro and its member companies, but excludes services that have privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

Enforcement
We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy. Our internal controls augment these reviews and we encourage feedback from our customers and clients. We are committed to following up any formal written complaint with a timely review and response.

Changes
IntelexMicro's Privacy Policy may change over time. Any rights granted under the authority of this Privacy Policy will not be reduced without your consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and notify any registered correspondents via email or postal mailing.
